What You Need

cups   frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles

cups  instant white rice, uncooked
2
cups  water
1
 tomato, chopped
1
pkg.   (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Taco Cheese
1/2
cup  shredded lettuce

Make It

COOK crumbles in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.

STIR in rice, water, tomatoes and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
