This was sooo good. I added the black beans and used brown rice and used beef broth instead of water. My 6 and 2 yr olds loved it as much as me and dad. We'll be having this one again!
This is quick and easy! I added onions, black beans and black olives to the recipe! I felt so much better eating boca then hamburger! This is a great lowfat recipe. For toppings I had salsa, sour cream, cheese. We used scoops corn chips and warm tortillas. I wish I had remembered jalapanos or banana peppers! My husband had 3 servings! Will definitely make this again.
This is a great recipe! I used instant brown rice instead of the white and substituted cilantro for the lettuce. This is great in soft tortillas or with white corn chips.
