  • Place greens, chicken, cheese, dressing and 1/4 cup salsa in large resealable plastic bag.
  • Refrigerate up to 3 hours or until ready to serve. Shake to mix ingredients lightly just before serving.
  • Divide salad evenly onto 4 plates. Crumble half the tortilla chips over salad. Serve salads with remaining chips and salsa.

    This was an easy and fun recipe for the family...everyone gets to add what they wish. We used it as an easy camp meal when we didn't want to BBQ.

    This is a keeper. I did grill my own chicken breast with some fajita seasoning instead of what is called for in the recipe.

    I really liked this one! I was surprised at the taco flavor the salsa gave. I figured it would just taste like a plain chicken salad. But it didn't. I had the tomatoes on hand to toss on right before serving but got tied up and forgot to put them on. But I do think that they would have given this an extra boost in freshness and flavor, will add next time. I also tossed with fresh bacon bits and a tad of parmesean cheese right before serving so the bits would still be crunchy. I put the chips right on top and gave everyone their plate. My family is bigger so I of course had to make more than the recipie called for. Also I had my own Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats, seasoned them up while cooking and just finished it off as the recipie states. It's easy and great. I would DEFINATELY make again...
