  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in salsa, beans and seasonings; simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in cereal; cook 1 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Add cheese, chiles and egg whites to cereal mixture; mix well. Spread over meat mixture.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with baked tortilla chips and a selection of toppings, such as chopped black olives, chopped onions, shredded lettuce, chopped jalapeño peppers, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream. Set up buffet style, dig in and enjoy!
