Heat oven to 350°F. Cook onions and tamales in large skillet as directed but use an ovenproof skillet. Stir in eggs; cover. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until center is set. Top with cheese. Let stand, covered, 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve as directed.
This is a great way to use leftover tamales. Whether chicken, pork, beef or meatless, they all taste great in this delicious frittata.
