  • Mix all ingredients except chicken until blended. Spoon 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into small bowl. Reserve in refrigerator for later use.
  • Pour remaining yogurt mixture over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of thighs with yogurt mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken as desired, brushing with reserved yogurt mixture for the last few minutes of the cooking time.
