What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1/3
cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing

oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

MIX artichokes, dressing and Neufchatel with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers and parsley.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Spread 2 tsp. artichoke mixture on each cracker. Serve immediately.
