I made this artichoke dip for our mended heart patients get together at our hospital. We wanted to provide heart healthy choices and this was perfect. It was delicious and something a bit different. I plan to add chopped water chestnuts the next time for a little crunch.
easy, quick and good...change from salsas...something different to serve at parties and gatherings...like recipes that can be prepared ahead and with only a minimum of preparation when served.
