Tangy Chicken Salad

We were looking for something special for a very special party. We made this and it will be the hit of the party.

6 servings, 1/2 cup salad and 5 crackers each
Magazine Acquisition

What You Need

1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
2
Tbsp.  each apricot preserves and lemon juice
1-1/2
cups  chopped cooked chicken
1/2
cup  sliced dried apricots
2
 green onions, sliced
 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers

Make It

MIX sour cream, preserves and lemon juice in medium bowl.

ADD chicken, apricots and onions; mix lightly. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Serve with crackers.

Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup chopped red onion for the green onion slices.
