Fresh green onions and taco seasoning put the tang in this salad. The rest of the ingredients make it a fiesta.

What You Need

lb.  extra-lean ground beef
pkg.  (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
pkg.  (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce (about 10 cups)
large  tomatoes, chopped
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
cup  KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
 green onions, sliced

Make It

COOK meat with seasoning mix in large skillet as directed on package, adding corn for the last 5 min.

COVER large platter with lettuce; top with meat mixture, tomatoes and cheese.

DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with onions.
