  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Bring preserves and 57 Sauce to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Reserve half the preserves mixture for later use. Grill chops 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing with remaining preserves mixture for the last 5 min.
  • Remove chops from grill. Let stand 3 min. Serve topped with reserved preserves mixture.
