Tangy Pork Chop Stuffing Bake

I have made this for a few years now, I love it! I do decrease the cranberry amount just a little, but that's it. Easy and delicious!

What You Need

bone-in pork chops (3-1/2 lb.)

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork

can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

3/4

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Tbsp. brown sugar

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Cook chops in skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.

PLACE chops in 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside. Mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar. Add to stuffing; mix lightly. Spoon evenly over chops.

BAKE 30 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

This recipe is great. I read other people's reviews and made adjustments, such as decreasing the amount of BBQ sauce and whole cranberry sauce so it will not be too soggy. My kids love it and they are totally different ages (2 and 14). My oldest asked me to make this regularly, so I make it every other week.

I very yummy twist on pork chops. I made it and my husband absolutely loved it. I think I may make this for Thanksgiving as a side without the pork chops, the taste was sweet and tangy!

have to agree with other reviews the bbq needs to be cut in half .. other than that it was a very good dinner and my picky husband even like it.

I've made this recipe many times. It is always tasty. I like to brown the chops with a little butter and brown sugar firstto make a glaze on the chops. I try not to overcook pork chops because they dry out quickly.

The stuffing did come out mushy but tasted very good and tangy. I found it easy to make, and my kids ate every bite.
