  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook chops in skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish; set aside. Mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar. Add to stuffing; mix lightly. Spoon evenly over chops.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! I made a few adjustments to avoid the "mushy" dressing other reviewers have talked about. I only used half a can of cranberry sauce and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce, and a few pinches of brown sugar. I reserved a few spoon fulls of the sauce to put directly on the chops before covering it with the stuffing. It coated the stuffing perfectly, not too mushy at all! I will be making this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was fabulous. This was fabulous. The cranberry/stuffing mixture on top was yummy and the chops were moist and tender. My chops were very thick ~ about 1 to 1-1/2" but they cooked in the 30 minutes. I've never made pork chops this good. My compliments to the chef! The only changes I made were: I brined the pork for about an hour in the frig and I didn't have the pork stuffing mix so I used chicken instead.

The flavor was horrible too many different things going on. Would have been enough with just the stuffing and the jellied cranberry sauce on the side. The bbq sauce belongs in a different recipe. I will never make this again!

I read other people's reviews and made adjustments, such as decreasing the amount of BBQ sauce and whole cranberry sauce so it will not be too soggy. My kids love it and they are totally different ages (2 and 14). My oldest asked me to make this regularly, so I make it every other week.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My pork chops were nice and moist, but the stuffing was mushy. My pork chops were nice and moist, but the stuffing was mushy. Also we thought it was to sweet. If I was to make this again, I'd cut the BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce by half (as others have suggested) and leave out the brown sugar. It was fast and easy, but the mushy, sweet stuffing was disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very tastey! This was very tastey! I've shared this recipe with lots of people at work and they all agree; even my picky boyfriend loved it! I used my cast iron grill pan to brown the chops before putting them in the oven, they turned out perfect! The mixture looked a little scary, but it tastes very good!

It was a hit everyone loved it our 5 year old begged for more and our 17 month old ate her portion and then helped her daddy eat his. We will make this again in the future.

I thought of next time not cooking the stuffing mix and just mixing it dry with all the wet ingredients. I figure it should cook up fine while baking in the oven. I will experiment and see what happens.
