Flatbread has a thin golden crust and a soft, hole-filled interior. Look for it in the bakery section of the grocery store. If flatbread is unavailable, focaccia bread makes a tasty alternative.
For quick and easy assembly of more sandwiches, cut remaining bread loaf into 3-inch squares. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag and freeze up to 3 months. When ready to use, thaw desired number of bread slices at room temperature. If desired, bread can be freshened by unwrapping the bread slices and heating in 425°F-oven 3 to 5 min. or just until warmed. Use as directed.
This flavorful sandwich makes a great addition to any lunch. As a bonus, if you use a dark green lettuce, such as romaine, you'll also get a good source of vitamin A.

i made this from leftovers- dinner rolls, turkey, greenbean casserole, a slice of canned cranberry sauce, deviled egg (mashed and spread on the inside of bread) and grilled it on my george forman grill it makes a great paninni.
I never would have thought of raspberry jam on my turkey sandwich or red onions. Very good !
I also make this ,only with jellied cranberry and also add a little stuffing from from the left over turkey from Thanksgiving.
