Because it is snowing here AGAIN and I am running low on stuff, I improvised: added boiled egg, plain yogurt instead of mayo, chopped pecans, crumpled crispy fried sandwich meat (less fat than bacon), brown sugar.
I added 6 cups of cauliflower florets and 2 cups of frozen peas. Delicous!
The fresh pineapple is a nice addition to this salad! :)
