Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked this recipe. I liked this recipe. I did add a few extras to jazz it up a little more for my taste. In addition to the regular ingredients, I added two chopped hardboiled eggs, a tbsp. of sweet relish, and a few shakes of a salt free dill seasoning blend. I normally don't use miracle whip, but thought I'd give it a try this time.I also used Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni instead of regular. Tastes the same, but more fiber, calcium and Vit. D. I will make this again.

I was asked to make it again for another event & here I am making it again for 2007 4th of July picnic. This is an awesome salad & will make everyone want more. I use Light Mayo to watch the calories!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make this from a recipe from my mom. I make this from a recipe from my mom. She adds hard boiled egg ( I don't like them) and chops sweet pickles into it. It's just not summer without macaroni salad. It's great for a really hot day and goes great with BBQ and beans YUM!!!

I used spring noodles to cause my kids like them better. It was delicious! My whole family loved it and came back for seconds.

My mom makes something very similar to this and it's been one of my favorite recipes of hers! She uses tuna, peas, celery, lite miracle whip (just enough to mix together) and cubed cheese. It is so good!
