I liked this recipe. I did add a few extras to jazz it up a little more for my taste. In addition to the regular ingredients, I added two chopped hardboiled eggs, a tbsp. of sweet relish, and a few shakes of a salt free dill seasoning blend. I normally don't use miracle whip, but thought I'd give it a try this time.I also used Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni instead of regular. Tastes the same, but more fiber, calcium and Vit. D. I will make this again.
Just made it for our dinner, it was great.
