Tangy Tuna Pasta Salad

Crunchy veggies and water chestnuts add a tasty crunch to our Tangy Tuna Pasta Salad. It gets its tang from MIRACLE WHIP mixed with a bit of dill weed.

What You Need

cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

tsp. dill weed

1/2

tsp. pepper

cups pasta (such as bow tie or macaroni), cooked, drained

cans (6 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked

can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained

cup broccoli florets

cup chopped carrots

cup sliced celery

Make It

MIX dressing, dill and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Note

If pasta is used in a salad, rinse it under cold water immediately after cooking to prevent the pieces from sticking together. Drain well.

I loved it! It was so fresh and delicious. This is a great dish for a party as well. I made it to take to lunch for a couple days. It kept me from eating fast food, which is always a plus. Next time I will try it with some some lumb crab meat. Thanks for the great recipe. LWB Chicago

I liked how the veggies made the salad crunchy. I reduced the dill and pepper and added a bit of salt.

This recipe only took me 10 minutes to make and it was very good. I didn't use the turkey and I used fat free miricle whip instead and it still tasted terrific. Next time I make this I'm not going to add the water chestnuts.
