  • Add chicken and grapes; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.


Prepare using regular MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.

Tarragon-Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Serve in lettuce-lined pita bread halves.

    I thought this was good. I did add a bit more tarragon though then rolled it up in a tortilla with a little lettuce. Yummm!!

    I loved this basic chicken salad but, i added 1 cup of chopped celery for some more color and crunch. This is a favorite warm weather lunch, very refreshing!

    I made this recipe thinking it was going to be delicious after reading all the reviews but after preparing it...all I tasted was the miricle whip. I couldn't even taste the tarragon. It was too much chicken to waste..therefore I pulled all the grapes out, added chopped up bell peppers, added corn, a bit of garlic powder,and cooked/cubed potato and a tsp of vinegar...after adding all was a tasty chicken/potato salad.
