  • Cook onions, green peppers, celery and garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
  • Add black pepper, hearts of palm and the reserved liquid; mix well. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 min.
