This was very yummy! I used fat free mayo & added chopped pickles to the tuna. I left out the tomato; never cared for them! I used turkey bacon & Sara Lee white whole wheat bread. I put the tuna mix on one slice of bread, topped it with some reduced fat mozzarella cheese, and baked it in my toaster oven for 5 min to warm the tuna & melt the cheese. I put the lettuce & bacon on the other slice of bread. When the tuna slice was done, I inverted the slice onto the lettuce/bacon slice! Then I sliced it in half. A yummy lunch!
