This was absolutely wonderful! The cottage cheese took some of the flavor from the tuna and tasted wonderful mixed together. At first, I thought that it was an odd combination and questioned even making it. I am so glad that I did! It has a great texture. I left out the carrots since my hubby doesn't like raw carrots. I did add in extra celery and green onions to take the place of the carrots and it still turned out wonderfully. Definitely will make again!
