Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Microwave chocolate in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 minutes; stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Stir in 3/4 cup each of the graham snacks and marshmallows. Spread onto wax paper-covered baking sheet. Top with remaining 1/4 cup each graham snacks and marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.

Size Wise

On special occasions, kids will enjoy a serving of this rich and indulgent treat.

Use Your Stove

To melt chocolate on the stove top, place chocolate in small heavy saucepan; cook on low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly. Or, place chocolate in top portion of double boiler or in bowl over a larger pan of simmering, not boiling, water. Stir occasionally until chocolate is completely melted. Be careful not to get any water in the melted chocolate or it will "seize" and become grainy.

I'd make it again, but I would do these things differently: 1-I'd use generic chocolate bark next time to keep expenses down 2-I'd drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto the wax paper, (the instructions did not specify this and it was cumbersome to break apart later) Comments: 1-I added raisins the first time and they were good in the mix 2-this was extremely easy...good one for the kids to do with you perfectionists (like me!)
