So much fun to make and even more fun to eat!
I substituted about 3/4 cups of chocolate chips for the teddy grahams which really helps to make these muffins have a great texture. Also, I increased the amount of marshmallows by about 1/4 cup. The muffins tended to fall apart, even after cooling. So, I might play around with adding another egg or something else to try and bind it. Also, they were very sticky. My family loved them and I just purchased the ingredients to make more of them this afternoon. Yummy!
These came out crumbly and ugly, and the teddy grahams burned in the oven. Not very good.
