I haven't made this recipe yet, but I feel like it would be really messy and hard to spread out the chocolate mixture. However, a solution to this might be to use those chocolate meltaways used to make candy. I had someone tell me that they were good for making chocolate covered pretzels because they didn't get so gooey and it spread out better and looks nicer. When I make these, I think I'll use those instead.
