  • Mix dressing and teriyaki sauce until blended. Pour 1/2 cup dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fish fillets with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat broiler. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Meanwhile, cook remaining dressing mixture in medium saucepan on medium heat 1 min. or until heated through. Add broccoli and peppers; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add broth; bring to boil. Stir in rice; return to boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until all the liquid is absorbed. Stir in onions.
  • Serve fish with rice mixture.
