While I did not have the time, nor the energy to skewer this meal, it still turned out superb! I marinated the steak as per recipe, then mixed in the pinapple and peppers. I then broiled everything on one pan for 4mins. Then I flipped over the steak and stirred the veggies and cooked it all for another 5minutes. I served it with white rice and carrots. The meat turned out very tender and the hint of pinapple gave it some zip! Once again another recipe has made our favorites list!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this twice. I've made this twice. The first time I did a quick 3hr marinade. It turned out o.k. The second time around I marinated it for 24hrs. What a difference. Much more flavor. I used red, yellow, green, and orange peppers along with onions and each bite was amazing. Many compliments on this dish. I will definately make this again.

I made this one again, but this time instead of using steak tips, I replaced them with pork, what a wonderful flavor it had, just cut the pork into thin cubes. I served this with a teriyaki rice and a veggie. My husband loved it this way too and it has made his "A" list. My whole family loved it also.
