This was phenomenal! I mixed a local company's salsa in with the meat (not a chunky salsa) and used 1/2 a cup instead of 1/4. I also used canned Fiesta Corn and topped it all off with diced avacado and onion. I also sprinkled a little garlic salt on it. I loved it, my husband loved it and we both stayed full all night (to our surprise!). We will be making this over and over again!
