Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was phenomenal! This was phenomenal! I mixed a local company's salsa in with the meat (not a chunky salsa) and used 1/2 a cup instead of 1/4. I also used canned Fiesta Corn and topped it all off with diced avacado and onion. I also sprinkled a little garlic salt on it. I loved it, my husband loved it and we both stayed full all night (to our surprise!). We will be making this over and over again!

I added slices of avocado, black olives & topped it off with a salsa ranch dressing that I had made (1/2 cup salsa & 1/2 cup ranch dressing). My husband loved it! I will make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very yummy! Very yummy! I used the Winter Black Bean Salsa (recipe on this site) instead of adding the corn/beans separately. It was very good and very easy. It's nice knowing I'm eating a meal that is good for me too.
