This recipe was pretty good, I wouldn't say it was great but I would make it again if I was looking for something quick & easy to make. I used medium salsa so it was a little spicy- I put a dollop of sour cream on top of mine and it was pretty tasty! I also added half a can of drained black beans just for some extra substance. Overall I'd say this is a decent recipe, nothing gourmet but a pretty tasty, easy and quick dinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this was surprisingly delicious! this was surprisingly delicious! I thought it would be one of those meals I usually make when grownups are going out and I need a dinner just the kids really like. But leaving for vacation in a few days, I didn't have much to choose from in the pantry. I added the corn and put crunched up corn chips on top. GREAT!!

I thought this was really good and my boyfriend loved it and he is a "traditionalist" when it comes to mac n cheese. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and used a colby & monterey jack blend of cheese and mild salsa. I will definitely be making this again soon. It was so quick and easy.

My kids and I love Mexican food so I will be making this again and again. I doubled the recipe so I added about a half cup more of salsa and some chili powder. So simple and quick a must try!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this recipe as is. I made this recipe as is. It wasn't what I thought after all the good reviews. It lacked something. My husband ate it, but I just didn't care for it. Maybe with the tomato/basil/garlic diced tomato's instead of salsa. It was very easy for a quick meal though.

I also used "Rotel" mild style tomatoes instead of the salsa and topped it off with crushed, corn chips sprinkled on top. We liked t as much this tme as the original recipe.
