Was looking for an alternative to tacos that I seem to make weekly. This was very good - not a gourmet meal, but certainly quick, easy and tasty. Only change was I added taco seasoning (homemade - less sodium and no MSG) and 2 cloves minced garlic to the ground beef, and I sprinkled some shredded cheddar on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Husband had seconds and even my picky kids ate it. It's a keeper!
