  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add meat mixture, salsa and corn to prepared Dinner; mix lightly. Spoon into shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chips.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through.

This was very good - not a gourmet meal, but certainly quick, easy and tasty. Only change was I added taco seasoning (homemade - less sodium and no MSG) and 2 cloves minced garlic to the ground beef, and I sprinkled some shredded cheddar on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Husband had seconds and even my picky kids ate it. It's a keeper!

May want to use MILD salsa. I would like this better if it were cheesier and plan to sprinkle shredded colby/jack over the top next time.
