Mac and cheese goes Tex-Mex with ground beef, salsa and whole kernel corn. Add crushed tortilla chips on top and bake til delicious.

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
small  onion, chopped
pkg.  (14-1/2 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Family Size Dinner
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
can  (11 oz.) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
cups  coarsely broken tortilla chips

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onion; cook until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat mixture, salsa and corn to prepared Dinner; mix lightly. Spoon into shallow baking dish; sprinkle with chips.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through.
