We really enjoyed this soup! I kept adding water to it as it cooked, as there didn't seem to ever be enough. Thought it had just enough spice to it.
This was really good. I made this for my mom and me as a late dinner on a chilly night. I also used the Rotel spicy diced tomatoes(I think I only used the mild)as people said in the reviews and it gave it a bit of a kick and a lot of flavor. Will definitely make it again. Super easy and delicious!
I have made this a couple of times now and it has been a huge hit with my family. My children had a couple of friends over the first time I made it and no one could stop eating it. I doubled the recipe and the entire pot was eaten!
