We really enjoyed this soup! I kept adding water to it as it cooked, as there didn't seem to ever be enough. Thought it had just enough spice to it.

What You Need

1/2
lb.   lean ground beef
1-1/2
cups  water
1
large  tomato, chopped
1
cup  (1/2 of 15-oz. can) black beans, rinsed
1/2
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1/4
cup  small shell macaroni, uncooked
1/4
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2
tsp.  ground cumin
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat in large saucepan; drain.

ADD all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

SERVE topped with cheese.

Round out the meal with a cold glass of fat-free milk and mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
