I've made something like this for years and it's a family staple. I use four 10" tortillas as a base on individual plates (makes four individual Tex-Mex dinners). I use taco mix instead of seasonings, 2 c. chicken broth instead of broth/water mix and divide among four servings. To tomatoes and lettuce, try adding chopped onion and shredded cheddar. We top it off with Russian dressing and crushed Doritos.... very tasty.
