Omit beans. Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, and substituting spaghetti sauce for the salsa, chopped green peppers for the corn, chopped fresh parsley for the cilantro, and Italian seasoning for the cumin.
Prepare using drained canned corn.

These tasted great. I would probably do 3/4 lb chicken instead of 1/2. I like more filling than these had. My husband liked it, even though he says he doesn't like refried beans. I will probably next time add a green pepper. I used spinach and salsa on top. I don't think I'll do the egg next time, maybe just rub some oil on top. Not sure the egg added anything special to it.
This was an easy dinner for weeknights. It was filling and simple to make. I will definitely make it again!
Very good didn't change anything, would also be a good dip for a crock pot!!!!
