  • Heat greased grill to medium heat.
  • Microwave peppers and onions in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring after 2 min.
  • Toss meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Thread onto 4 skewers alternately with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until meat is medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce after 5 min.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
