Prepare recipe as directed; cool. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, covered, in 350ºF oven 30 min. or until heated through.
Use Your Oven
Rub dry seasonings onto meat; place in shallow pan. Cover with foil. Refrigerate as directed. Bake in 350ºF oven 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 300ºF. Pour half the barbecue sauce over meat. Bake, uncovered, 2 hours or until meat is done. Serve as directed.
If you don't have heavy-duty foil, wrap meat in 3 layers of regular foil instead.
