Get ready for big flavor with our saucy ribeye, featuring A1, garlic and a sprinkle of red pepper for a little Texas heat.

What You Need

2/3
cup  A.1. Original Sauce
4
cloves  garlic, minced
1
tsp.  ground cumin
1/4
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)

  boneless beef rib-eye steaks (2 lb.)

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX all ingredients except steaks until blended.

GRILL steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing frequently with steak sauce mixture.

CUT steaks in half to serve.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a hot steamed green vegetable or a mixed green salad and cold glass of fat-free milk.
Substitute
Prepare using bone-in beef ribeye steaks and increasing the grilling time if necessary.
Use Your Broiler
Steaks can also be broiled. Broil steaks, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing frequently with steak sauce mixture.
