Everyone in my family loved this recipe. We did not use the corn, but used everything else. Even my daughter who doesnt like Tacos ate this. We can't have this again.

What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef
1
 onion, finely chopped
1/2
cup finely chopped green peppers
2
cans (14.5 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1
pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
4
slices Texas toast white sandwich bread
1
cup frozen corn
1
cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

BROWN meat with onions and peppers in large nonstick skillet. Stir in tomatoes and taco seasoning; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, toast bread.

ADD corn to meat mixture; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.

SERVE over toast slices topped with cheese and cilantro.
