What You Need

Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

Tbsp. sugar

tsp. crushed red pepper
1/3
cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/2
lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, cut into thin strips
1/2
cup thin matchstick-cut carrots
1/2
cup red or green pepper strips
1/4
cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Make It

MIX peanut butter, sugar and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Stir in dressing and soy sauce.

TOSS remaining ingredients in large bowl.

ADD dressing mixture; toss to coat.
