Rated 4 out of 5 by from I will add another 1/2 cup of water. I will add another 1/2 cup of water. 3 cups of water and 1/2 cup of condensed milk doesn't add up to 4 cups as the recipe says. It's very good. Will try this over ice also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe last Saturday. I made this recipe last Saturday. I already had my fill of coffee for the day. I just took two sips to taste it, and it was wonderful. I thought I would have the rest cold over ice or crushed iced the next day. Well, I found out how much my husband liked it also. It was gone. I got more milk at the grocery store tonight. I'm going to double the recipe this time so I could have my share of this creamy treat.

What a wonderful recipe, so easy and such a nice sweet treat (I added some chocolate syrup to mine, making it even sweeter, I suppose. I could see how some people would think this is too sweet, I typically don't have issues with that. *lol*)
