  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 30 sec. or until fragrant.
  • Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add chicken, mushrooms and carrots; cook 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add noodles, cilantro and remaining dressing; mix well.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
