I used Asian flavor veggie burgers, jarred roasted red peppers, chunky peanut butter with a bit of coleslaw. To make it interesting, I added leftover sweet and sour packets from a past chinese food take out meal. Just drizzled over the top. My meat and potato husband loved this with a 3 bean salad!
I used veggie patties topped w/ creammy peanut butter and the slaw mixture - bunless.
It was fabulous!
i couldnt find the spicy chik'n patties so i used the grilled and it turned out delicious! personally i could have made a meal on the slaw and peanut sauce, this is a keeper..simple too!
