What You Need

3/4
lb.  boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled, cut into thin slices
3
cups  cooked long-grain white rice
1
small  red pepper, cut into strips
2
 carrots, cut into strips
1/4
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2
Tbsp.  soy sauce
1
Tbsp.  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

MIX dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Special Extra
Top with 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro and 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot just before serving.
