lb. (12 oz.) boneless beef steak, grilled, cut into thin slices

cups cooked rice

small red pepper, cut into strips
2
medium carrots, cut into strips
1/4
cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Tbsp. soy sauce
1
Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

COMBINE steak, rice, peppers and carrots in large bowl.

MIX dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until well blended. Add to steak mixture; toss to coat.

SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped cilantro and 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot just before serving.
