What You Need

3/4

cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing, divided

pork tenderloin (1 lb.)

Tbsp. lite soy sauce

cups finely shredded savoy cabbage

1/2

cup thinly sliced red onions

Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Make It

POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over meat in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning meat after 15 min. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Grill meat 30 min. or until cooked through (160ºF), turning after 15 min. Cool slightly. Cut into thin strips; set aside.

MIX remaining 1/2 cup dressing and the soy sauce in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 sec. Add cabbage and onions; toss to coat. Transfer to large serving platter; top with meat. Sprinkle with sesame seed and cilantro.

Substitute

Substitute Chinese or napa cabbage for the savoy cabbage.

Special Extra

Add crushed red pepper to taste to the 1/4 cup dressing used to marinate the meat.

This was absolutely the worst recipe we have made from Kraft Foods. There was no flavor and way too much cilantro. Sorry. I wouldn't recommend this recipe to anyone!

We didn't care for the savoy cabbage slaw. The Catalina was good on the pork, though.

I have made this recipe numerous times, my 84 year old father absolutely loves it, I always have to make a double batch because between my husband and father they clean the plate! It is fast and easy to prepare.

The second time, I marinated the Pork a whole 24 hours, and it turned out lots better. Was enjoyed both times by Co-workers.

I adore Catalina dressing but hardly ever use it. This was easy to make and tasted great, my husband had seconds which is rare. I used regular green cabbage and skipped the seasame seeds and cilantro.

I would slice all of the onion, not half. Simply being is that the other half would end up wasted. To reduce the sodium use reduced sodium soy sauce. The amount of salt used in regular diets is twice that amount then what is found here. I also use if I have one available, a plastic bag to toss the cabbage, onions and sauce together. The amount of cabbage asked is a lot. I use a large salad bowl and top it with the sliced meat. We are planning on taking this camping with us at the end of July. Great recipe and this will be used again.
