Add cooked cleaned shrimp, shredded cooked chicken or pork, or tofu cubes to salad.
Combine cabbage, vegetables and cilantro. Mix MIRACLE WHIP and lime juice. Refrigerate both separately up to 24 hours. Add MIRACLE WHIP mixture and nuts to cabbage mixture just before serving; mix lightly.
Here's a tasty way to eat your vegetables. As an added bonus, the cabbage and carrots team up to provide an excellent source of vitamin A and the combination of cabbage and red pepper provide an excellent source of vitamin C.

This took me a little longer than 15 minutes to prepare but it sure was delicious! The flavors were fresh and distinct and worked very well together. I added a bit of Thai coconut milk to the mayo and lime juice and grated in a little ginger root.
Easy to make, not many ingredients, this was a big hit with my guy! I will serve this to guests.
I use a packet of ramen noodles broken up into small peices instead of the cashews and it is absolutely delicious! I got tons of compliments on this one!
