Thai Turkey Lettuce Wrap

Great spring/summer snack I believe. It is easy to prepare and light on a hot day and excellent for outings or picnics.!! Way to go Kraft:)

What You Need

1/2

cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

tsp. teriyaki sauce

lettuce leaves

slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast

KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, cut in half

Make It

TOSS coleslaw blend with dressing and teriyaki sauce; spoon evenly onto lettuce leaves.

TOP with remaining ingredients. Fold in sides of leaves; roll up tightly to completely enclose filling.

SERVE immediately. Or wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Substitute soy sauce for the teriyaki sauce.

I think I would make it alittle different. Fresh guacamole, fresh deli oven roasted turkey 99% fat free, chopped roma tomato, pepper jack cheese, a few ringlets of putple onions if wanted and bean sprouts if you want to go all the way. The lettuce wrap is a wonderful idea though.

Got me started on lettuce wraps.Have substituted Hoisin sauce for the teriyaki and choped broccoli for the slaw. All are good.

We use a bag of shredded broccoli, carrots and red cabbage. We made it for two lunches. Even my husband liked the wraps, and my daughter asks for them all the time.

I would make it again and again but substitute american cheese for swiss. It goes better with the turkey.
