  • Top with remaining ingredients. Fold in sides of leaves; roll up tightly to completely enclose filling.

    I think I would make it alittle different. Fresh guacamole, fresh deli oven roasted turkey 99% fat free, chopped roma tomato, pepper jack cheese, a few ringlets of putple onions if wanted and bean sprouts if you want to go all the way. The lettuce wrap is a wonderful idea though.

    Great spring/summer snack I believe. It is easy to prepare and light on a hot day and excellent for outings or picnics.!! Way to go Kraft:)
