  • Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine turkey, mixed vegetables and mayo; spoon over stuffing.
  • Mix potatoes and cheese; spread over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 30 to 40 min. or until heated through.

I made this recipe tonight for dinner and myself,my husband and my daughter all enjoyed it I added a can of cream of chicken soup to make it a little more creamier and topped it with a little more cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking time defiantly would make this again

It was great for two days after Thanksgiving, when everyone is already tired of eating cold turkey and warmed-over mashed potatoes. I used leftover gravy instead of the mayo and it was delicious.
