  • Spread bread with barbecue sauce.
  • Fill bread slices with ham, Singles, pickles and bacon. Spread outside of sandwich with mayonnaise.
  • Grill 5 min. or until golden brown.

    This is really great and you can substitute lower-fat items if needed.

    This riff on a Cuban sandwich was very good - the BBQ sauce gave them an interesting flavor. We used the bread and butter pickles but dill can also be used if you like those better - just be sure to dry them off really well before adding them to the sandwich! Also, I just cooked them on my indoor grill and they turned out just fine.

    made this using my George Foreman Grill since I didn't have a panini press. Turned out fantastic!! I used dill pickles which was all I had on had. If you like cubans you will love this!
