Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this the other night and we loved it! I made this the other night and we loved it!! soooo good! When browning the meat, I added 1/4 onion, finely chopped and a minced garlic clove. I used grainy mustard, cause that was what we had on hand and oh my! Tasted just like a McD's cheeseburger! Tonight I am making it with bacon and chopped tomatoes and extra cheese (siting a suggestion) Gonna keep the ingredients on hand for this one!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was soo easy! This recipe was soo easy! I added 1/3 of BBQ sauce and some shredded mozzerella and sharp cheddar and it was delicious!! The only downfall is when I put the 1 1/2 cup water the noodles stuck to the bottom of the pan. I added another 1/2 cup of water and it was alright. I will totally make this recipe again! My 4 year old daughter loved it!!!!

I thought this was a quick, great tasting recipe that you could doctor-up how you like. I had some hamburger that I needed to use and had no idea of what to make for dinner. I went online and put in the key word hamburger and all kinds of good stuff came up; and I picked this one and boy and I glad I did. I will defintely make this again.

I added a little more ketchup to off-set the taste of the mustard because my husband doesn't like the taste of mustard. I'm trying a slight variation on it where I add 1/3 cup of bbq sauce to it, instead of the ketchup and mustard. It smells absolutely devine and I'm hoping it tastes nearly half as good as the original recipe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My family did not care for the mustard taste, it was fairly strong. My family did not care for the mustard taste, it was fairly strong. I would use much less. Also, the noodles need more water to cook properly, be sure to check them after 5 minutes to be sure they are not sticking to the pan. It would probably be just as easy to add browned meat to a regular package of Mac and Cheese.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We used soy sausage in lieu of ground beef. We used soy sausage in lieu of ground beef. This gave it more flavor and decreased the amount of fat drastically - especially the saturated fat. Because of this the calories per serving decreases. This is an easy way to get the family to eat healthy soy without knowing it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super easy, and surprisingly yummy! Super easy, and surprisingly yummy! Made it tonite for my kids (2 and 5), and will definitely do it again. Added finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot, green beans - what I had on hand) to the hamburger. It hid very well in the cheese sauce. It's a keeper recipe!
