Take 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing (any flavor), 1-1/2 cups milk, 3 Tbsp. flour, 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 1 tsp. oil and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options	vegetable choices	seasoning possibilities
5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)	3 cups broccoli florets	1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
5 small boneless beef steaks (1-1/2 lb.)	2 cups sliced zucchini, 1 chopped red pepper	1 tsp. dried basil leaves
5 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)	3 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables	1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
meatless: 5 frozen BOCA Meatless Original Burgers (Do not brown in oil. Place in 9-inch baking dish, then top with vegetable mixture and prepared stuffing.)	2 cups broccoli florets; 1 cup sliced mushrooms; 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, drained	1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside. Beat milk and flour in large microwavable bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add cheese, vegetables and seasoning; mix well.

COOK meat in hot oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet until browned on both sides; cover with vegetable mixture. Top with prepared stuffing.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

Cooking Know-How

If skillet handle is not heat resistant, wrap it with several pieces of aluminum foil before placing skillet in oven.

Substitute

Sample some different cheeses! Try replacing the Cheddar cheese with KRAFT Shredded Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese.

Special Extra

For added texture and flavor, top casserole with your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese or bread crumbs before baking.

I used 3 chicken breasts pounded into cutlets, then cut in half, and used mixed frozen veggies. I put it all into a casserole dish and my family just loved it. Will certainly make it again!!

Excellent casserole. I made the pork version of this recipe, but added my own variation to it. Since I didn't have mixed vegetables I combined broccoli, diced tomatoes, red peppers,and onions to sustitute. I also used Emeril's Original Seasoning. It was delicious my husband nearly ate the whole casserole and said it was the best casserole he ever tasted.

Easy cheese sauce. Made this for 6 people. One being anti-veggies. All enjoyed. Used a combination of frozen (1 bag) and canned veggies (2 cans drained). Doubled stuffing, 8 boneless pork chops, did not double cheese sauce. Will make again using other variations.

pretty simple to make. would probably give my meat a lil more seasoning

I made this with pork chops and broccoli and it was very tastey. Everyone in the family enjoyed this one.

I made this with steak. Instead of flour gravy and cheese, I just used a bottle of alfredo sauce that you find in your pasta sauce aisle. It was delicious and tender.

Wonderful. I have finally found a way to make pork chops in a way my 4 boys and 8 daycare kids all love. I often triple the recipe just to have enough. With the ability to change the veggies, they eat many different veggies without fighting them! Good work!

I probably would have given this 2-3 stars, but my boyfriend thought it was very good, so I gave it 4 stars. I did the pork version with brocolli, mushrooms & carrots as the vege's and I added about 1/2 cup more cheese than it called for. It was very quick and easy to make. I'll probalby make it again, but I'll try it with the chicken.

I was not thrill about it. I think if I ever make it again it would be without the stuffing. I didn't like the stuffing. I cook the chiken fillets with seasoning and they taste very good and then I made the sauce with milk and flour and it was good. then i mixed the cheese and broccoll i and it was good. It was not until I added the stuffing that it just gave it a weird taste . I think I will give it from 2 stars to 3 stars
