Take 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing (any flavor), 1-1/2 cups milk, 3 Tbsp. flour, 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 1 tsp. oil and mix & match your recipe from these options...

5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.) 3 cups broccoli florets 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
5 small boneless beef steaks (1-1/2 lb.) 2 cups sliced zucchini, 1 chopped red pepper 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
5 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) 3 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
meatless: 5 frozen BOCA Meatless Original Burgers (Do not brown in oil. Place in 9-inch baking dish, then top with vegetable mixture and prepared stuffing.) 2 cups broccoli florets; 1 cup sliced mushrooms; 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, drained 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside. Beat milk and flour in large microwavable bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add cheese, vegetables and seasoning; mix well.

COOK meat in hot oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet until browned on both sides; cover with vegetable mixture. Top with prepared stuffing.

BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

Cooking Know-How
If skillet handle is not heat resistant, wrap it with several pieces of aluminum foil before placing skillet in oven.
Substitute
Sample some different cheeses! Try replacing the Cheddar cheese with KRAFT Shredded Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese.
Special Extra
For added texture and flavor, top casserole with your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese or bread crumbs before baking.
